Peter Holzapfel: I guess you could say that our art director Mathias Wiese is the one who was the main person behind the style of Dreadnought. We’ve met with executive creative director Tony Medrano (6 Foot) and game director Peter Holzapfel (Yager) and discussed Dreadnought, its technology and Art. Although it may seem similar to World of Tanks or World of Warships, this game has it’s own style and very unusual flow. Having moved away from the dark and gritty Spec Ops: The Line the company decided to return to its roots and create an incredibly detailed online experience. The project has amazing style developed by Mathias Wiese and an incredible technology provided by Unreal Engine 4, but the real success of this online title is the result of the close collaboration between Yager, 6 Foot & Grey Box. It’s an online shooter where giant slow spaceships destroy each other. Once the event goes live there will be a "special battle mission" before we can get our hands on a space cruiser.Dreadnought is one of those rare games that has its own iconic look. Space Warships runs until April 11, and to participate players must have reached Level 12 and have obtained at least one ship from Tier VI or higher. In just two months the team designed nine mighty space vessels for this timed in-game event. Starting March 29 players can battle with huge sci-fi spaceships in the infinite space between the worlds. unveiled a crazy new game mode called Space Warships, just in time for April Fool's.
